• Do not water the roses – they are naturally preserved and require no hydration.
• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Place the lid underneath or beside the box – never on top, as it may damage the roses.
• Refrain from carrying the box by the ribbon handles, and always handle the arrangement with care – it’s delicate and precious.
• Leave the roses inside their original box; they are secured and designed to be displayed this way.

• Avoid exposure to moisture or humidity. Room temperature is ideal.
